Lewis Hamilton has received the verdict of the stewards' following his high-speed incident with Alex Albon during second practice ahead of the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix. The seven-time world champion was seen impeding Albon at turns 17 and 18, forcing the Williams driver to take avoiding action whilst on a push lap. Despite having been judged as having impeded Albon, Hamilton has not been penalised by the stewards, who opted to take no further action. He ended second practice at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit in a disappointing 13th, a staggering 1.1 seconds adrift of pacesetter Lando Norris. To add to the 40-year-old's concerns, he was six-tenths slower than team-mate Charles Leclerc who ended the opening day in fourth.
