2026 Audi A6 e-tron Crushes Mercedes For Almost $10k Less

Audi is finally launching its entry into the midsize luxury electric sedan space with the A6 e-tron. Even though it's technically a hatchback, or "Sportback" in Audi parlance, it fits a similar form factor to the BMW i5 and Mercedes-Benz EQE. It also happens to be a fair bit more affordable than either of them. The base price for the A6 is $65,900. That's the MSRP. With the $1,295 destination charge, it comes to $67,195. Plus, the A6 offers more power and range for that price than the other Germans.
