Tesla broke the law when it punished a whistleblower. That ruling was made by a court in Norway, which ruled in favor of the former employee. The former service technician, who passed on the documents that came to be called the Tesla Files, is owed nearly €200,000 after he was bullied, reprimanded, and the company "made my life hell," according to a report from German newspaper Handeslblatt, which also originally released the Tesla Files.
