The Spaniard Joan Barreda is back on Honda. Throughout his career, Barreda has secured many stage wins in the Dakar Rally but has never won the rally itself.

This year, he started the race on a Hero Motorsports bike. However, this collaboration seems to be short-lived, as he is already training on a Honda this week at the RedSand circuit!
