The 2025 ARCA Menards Series season begins today in Daytona Beach, Florida. The 2.5-mile of Daytona International Speedway is set to drop the green flag.

Race Report
Green flag, Sawalich gets the jump. Alan builds speed around the outside lane in turn one. Alan clears him for the lead into turn three.
Lap 4, Cody Dennison gets loose off turn four. He over-corrects and slams the outside wall. Dennison bounces off the wall and collects 10+ cars. The caution is out.
Cars involved in the crash: Willie Mullins, Dale Quarterley, Eric Caudell, Sean Corr, Ed Pompa, Cody Dennison, Katherine Legge, Thad Moffitt, Nolan Wilson, Amber Balcaen, Andy Jankowiak, Corey Day, Helio Castroneves, Caleb Costner and Michael Maples.
Green, Alan leads the field into turn one.
Lap 12
Lap 12, Amber Balcaen bounces off the apron and she collects Garrett Mitchell and others. The caution is out.
Green, Alan leads. Balcaen spins across the track in turn two. She collects multiple cars in the incident and the caution is out.
Green, Alan leads Robusto. Brayton Laster suffers a mechanical failure into turn one and tags the wall. The caution is back out.
Lawless Alan pits from the race lead with several others. Bryce Haugeberg stays out to take over the front row.
Green, Haugeberg and Dauzat run side by side at the front. The field forms three wide off turn two. Scott Melton to the lead! Lawless Alan is already back in the top 5.
Lap 32, William Sawalich takes over the lead via the outside lane.
Lap 35, Alan tags the bumper of Melton into turn three. Melton gets sideways and bounces off the apron. Melton collects Castroneves. Castroneves makes light contact with the outside wall then picks up more splitter damage as he bounces into the apron.
Green, Sawalich leads Lavar Scott off turn two.
Lap 40, Scott has a run off turn four on the outside lane. Scott clears Sawalich and Scott drops down to the bottom to lead the inside lane.
Lap 45
Lap 45, Isabella Robusto is sideways down the backstretch off a bump draft from Jeff Scofield. She bounces off the outside wall, slides across the track. Corey Day, Lawless Alan and others are collected.
This caution will be the race break caution. Teams will head to the pit lane for fuel and adjustments as the field is frozen.
Green, Sawalich is clear into turn one.
Lap 64, Tim Richmond and Jake Finch both spin off turn four in separate incidents. The caution is out.
Green with 12 laps to go, Sawalich leads Scott into turn one.
9 to go, Helio Castroneves shoves Brenden Queen to the lead on the outside lane! Queen leads by five car lengths but now the field has a huge run on him.
8 to go, Queen blocks both lanes and he holds the lead.
1 to go, Queen leads Castroneves. Sawalich works to the right rear of Castroneves and he pulls him back. Sawalich to 2nd and he has a run on Queen into turn three.
Brenden Queen holds him off to win at Daytona International Speedway!
