    Hendrick team reveals throwback schemes for Darlington

    Hendrick Motorsports has revealed the slate of throwback liveries for its Chevrolets in the upcoming NASCAR Cup Series Goodyear 400 at Darlington Raceway on April 6, which culminates NASCAR’s Official Throwback Weekend commemorating its 75th anniversary season.

    Kyle Larson’s No. 5 HendrickCars.com will carry a color scheme honoring Terry Labonte’s final win in the 2003 Southern 500.

    Chase Elliott will run this No. 9 UniFirst throwback scheme.

    William Byron’s No. 24 Darlington look is dedicated to Jeff Gordon’s last ride driven in the 2015 season finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

    And Alex Bowman’s No. 48 throwback scheme for Darlington is a throwback to Jimmie Johnson’s victory in the Southern 500 in 2012.
