JR Motorsports announces 2025 crew chief lineup

JR Motorsports announced its crew chief lineup for the 2025 Xfinity Series season on Friday morning.
Jim Pohlman will return to the No. 7 team to defend the 2024 championship with Justin Allgaier. Phillip Bell, who made the jump over to the No. 8 team with Sammy Smith in early September, will return to crew chief the Iowa native in 2025.
Veteran crew chief Mardy Lindley will be paired with the upstart Connor Zilisch, who became the seventh driver in series history to win in their debut race last season at Watkins Glen International. Andrew Overstreet was named crew chief for rookie driver Carson Kvapil.
Corey Shea will lead the way for the part time No. 9 team, which was announced for nine races with Trackhouse Racing drivers Ross Chastain and Shane van Gisbergen.
