Mike Massaro joins RFK Racings Marketing and Communications team

RFK Racing has announced that Mike Massaro, a seasoned communications professional with over 20 years of experience in broadcast journalism and media relations, has joined the team‘s award-winning Marketing and Communications Team.

Massaro brings a wealth of experience to RFK Racing, having worked with major networks including ESPN, ABC Sports, and NBC Sports, where he was recognized for his excellence in journalism with multiple Emmy nominations and industry awards. At ESPN, he was a pivotal part of the “NASCAR NOW” team, which earned a 2012 Sports Emmy nomination, and he was regularly featured on ESPN flagship programs such as 'SportsCenter‘ and 'Outside the Lines.‘

In his new role at RFK Racing, Massaro will leverage his core competencies in the communications field, public speaking and stakeholder engagement to help the team continue to drive audience growth, provide increased partner value and enhance the team’s brand reputation.

Massaro, a graduate of Emerson College in Boston, is a three-time national Russ Catlin Award Winner for journalism excellence in motorsports and a Manchester, CT Sports Hall of Fame inductee.

His addition to RFK Racing underscores the team’s commitment to excellence in all areas, including media relations and external communications, as they continue to push the boundaries in NASCAR.
