Another big fine has been issued after the NASCAR race at Circuit of the Americas; Multiple suspended
Over the weekend, NASCAR raced at Circuit of the Americas. After the first road course race of the season, multiple penalties have been issued. NASCAR announced the following penalties on Wednesday.

Austin Cindric has been fined $50,000. He’s also been docked 50 points. That sends him down to 35th in the driver standings.
The penalty to Cindric comes after he turned Ty Dillon during the race. Watch the video of the contact below.
Kyle Larson has lost two crew members to a suspension for the next four races. Larson lost a wheel shortly after a pit stop which brought the penalty.

Infraction: Sections 8.8.10.4.A & C: Tires and Wheels Note: Loss or separation of an improperly installed tire/wheel from the vehicle during the event.
Penalty: Crew members (Brandon Johnson and Blaine Anderson) have been suspended from the next two NASCAR Cup Series Championship points events, through Las Vegas Motor Speedway, March 16, 2025.
