Tesla China seems to be starting 2025 on a strong note.
During the week of December 30, 2024 to January 5, 2025, Tesla China saw 5,500 new vehicle registrations.

- The results also represent the second-best first week of the quarter for Tesla China.
- Tesla doesn't report its weekly sales figures, but a general idea of the company's overall performance in the domestic auto market can be inferred through new vehicle registration data.
- Fortunately, these registrations are closely tracked by industry watchers, as well as some automakers like Li Auto.
For the week of December 30-January 5, China reported 5.5k insurance registrations for Tesla.
