Like many of us as we start to get a little bit older, some Ford and Lincoln SUVs are having a problem with their belts. In this case, it's not that their belts are somehow getting smaller while they're hanging up in the closet; it's that they can sharply tighten - and stay that way - when they aren't supposed to, according to new recall documents filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
