Ram Might Give The Power Wagon The Engine Customers Have Always Wanted

For a brand so interminably linked to the Cummins diesel engine, Ram only offers its rock-crawling Power Wagon pickup with a gas-fired Hemi V8. It seems that the 2500-based Power Wagon's off-road enhancements are at odds with the Cummins 6.7-liter inline-six, specifically the steel front bumper and integrated winch that occupy the real estate normally rented by the diesel's intercooler. However, the automaker could theoretically solve that problem, at least according to one of the engineers assigned to the Ram Heavy Duty.
