New York lawmakers are targeting Tesla's ability to sell cars directly to consumers in the state, citing what they view as massive issues with the company's CEO, Elon Musk. State Sen. Pat Fahy, an Albany Democrat, introduced legislation Wednesday that would revoke the permits for Tesla's five existing direct-sales locations by July 2026. Selling a Model 3 would not be quite as easy, but that's not all.
