To wit, the company just released pricing for the 2026 911 family, and the base price for a lowly Carrera coupe has risen to $127,700 plus $2,295 destination – a staggering $7,855 increase compared to the nearly identical 2025 model. The base trim isn't the only one that's gotten pricier, with the Carrera S, Carrera T, and Carrera GTS seeing similarly elevated stickers. For comparison, for the same 130 large as a 388-horsepower Porsche, one could get themselves into a top-trim Chevrolet Corvette Z06 3LZ, which starts at $130,345 with destination and packs a 670-hp, flat-plane punch.
