2025 Porsche Taycan price and specs: GTS and 4 sedans arrive to complete electric car line-up

Porsche’s updated Taycan line-up will be complete with the arrival of the 4 and GTS sedan variants in Australia during the first half of next year.
The refreshed 2025 Porsche Taycan range has been completed with the introduction of the 4 sedan – and return of the GTS – taking the total number of available grades in Australia to 11.
The Taycan 4 sedan is priced from $184,500 before on-road costs, placing it upstream of the unnamed entry-level $175,100 Taycan variant but below the $216,300 4S, and is the first time the grade has been available in traditional four-door form.
The all-wheel-drive 4 has been offered in the five-door Cross Turismo jacked-up wagon body style since 2021, with Porsche pricing the latest 2025 version at $198,000.
Sharing the same outputs as its wagon sibling, the 4 sedan produces up to 320kW/610Nm with launch control engaged, which is sent to all four wheels for a claimed zero to 100km/h sprint in 4.6 seconds.

This makes the sedan 0.1sec quicker than the equivalent Cross Turismo.
The 2025 Taycan 4 is also fitted with a larger 89kWh battery, up from the 79kWh capacity in the pre-update car, with the optional Performance Battery Plus taking it to 105kWh.
Porsche is yet to divulge the claimed driving range rating of the 2025 Taycan 4 sedan, but based on the 4 Cross Turismo's figure and the improved aerodynamic efficiency of the four-door, coupled with less weight, it is expected to exceed 613km.
Standard equipment includes 19-inch wheels, black-painted brake calipers, matrix LED headlights, adaptive air suspension, partial leather interior trim, rear privacy glass, a surround-view monitor, adaptive cruise control, a head-up display, digital radio, and keyless entry.

Meanwhile, the 2025 Taycan GTS sedan is priced from $260,300 plus on-road costs, positioning it $44,000 above the 4S and $47,200 below the Turbo.
This also makes it $12,000 more expensive than the previous Taycan GTS, which was last available in 2023 priced from $248,300, but a substantial list of upgrades has arrived in the new model in line with the facelifted electric sedan range that launched earlier this year.
The GTS is available in a Sport Turismo body style – Porsche-speak for a traditional low-slung wagon – in overseas markets, but that shape remains unavailable in Australia.
Power outputs have risen by 75kW to 515kW with overboost, while a new push-to-pass feature also available on updated Turbo, Turbo S and Turbo GT grades unlocks an additional 70kW for overtaking manoeuvres.
This means the 2025 Taycan GTS is 0.4sec quicker in the 0-100km/h run, needing a claimed 3.3sec to hit the landmark triple-digit speed.
As standard, the new GTS features the same synthetic driving sounds as the Turbo S, while a sportier front and rear bumper also distinguish it from the previous version.
High-gloss black accents feature on the exterior, including on the base of the side mirrors, while 20-inch wheels are fitted from factory with 21-inch options available.
Inside, the GTS is fitted with Turbo GT-inspired items such as Race-Tex and leather adaptive sports seats, the Sport Chrono package, and the same multi-function steering wheel, while a Bose sound system and GTS-branded instrument cluster also feature.
With its positioning, the Taycan GTS is expected to be fitted with the larger 105kWh Performance Battery Plus battery as standard, but Porsche is yet to confirm this or its expected driving range.
Like with all new 2025 Porsche Taycans, the 4 and GTS sedans also feature improved battery thermal management, allowing for a peak 320kW charging power rating.
Order books are now open for the 2025 Porsche Taycan 4 and GTS sedans in Australia, with deliveries expected in the first half of next year.
