Charles Leclerc Under Investigation
With less than an hour remaining before the start of qualifying for the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, the Monegasque driver now finds himself under investigation by the stewards in Baku.

Following the incident involving Sergio Perez and Carlos Sainz during the third free practice session, which led the race direction to investigate the Mexican for impeding the Spanish driver, the number 16 car will also have to attend a hearing with the stewards.

Specifically, the Monegasque is accused of not adhering to Appendix H of Article 2.5.5 b of the FIA International Sporting Code by failing to lift off during a yellow flag situation at 13:20 local time, twenty minutes before the session ended. Charles Leclerc will need to present his case to the stewards at 14:45 local time, with qualifying scheduled to start at 16:00.
