With a hybrid heart delivering 1,200 hp, the F80 features a system combining three electric motors with a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6. The engine draws inspiration from the 499P. "Here's the beast," exclaimed Charles Leclerc, while a smiling Carlos Sainz simply commented with an “ok.” Charles Leclerc described the F80 as a true race car, while Carlos Sainz was amazed by the power unleashed on the track. "Spectacular," said Carlos Sainz, summarizing the experience in a single word. "It has the best balance of all the Ferraris I've driven,” added Charles Leclerc, in complete agreement with his teammate.
