From the start, Hamilton appeared very comfortable, even exchanging a few words in Italian with his new team.

He greeted everyone in Italian upon arrival and had the opportunity to observe some of Ferrari's closely guarded secrets. There were warm hugs and handshakes, not just with the team members. Welcoming him were John Elkann, Fred Vasseur, and Benedetto Vigna, who also accompanied him on a tour of the machinery and beyond.
"Day 1. I am grateful to John Elkann, Benedetto Vigna, and Fred Vasseur for their trust in me and for making me part of this family. I am excited to start this new era and to meet and work with a group of extremely talented and inspiring people who have warmly welcomed me. Additionally, I am determined to give everything I have to achieve results for the team, the entire organization, and the fans." These were Hamilton's words at the end of his first day at Ferrari.
