Lando Norris’s Ferrari F40 was recently seen with significant damage to the rear of the car. The prized vehicle became part of the McLaren driver’s private collection last year, but it now appears to have been damaged.

In 2024, Norris purchased a Ferrari F40 valued at over $1.5 million, with which he has often been spotted on the streets of Monaco. Recently, however, photos and videos show the car with damage beneath the rear lights extending to the rear wheel.

The discovery was made on social media through a comparison of the license plates of the car Norris has frequently been photographed with in Monaco and the damaged Ferrari. The license plate matches, confirming that the damaged car belongs to the Woking team driver.

It seems 2025 might not have started on the best note for Lando Norris. It remains unclear whether the driver himself caused the damage to his car or if it resulted from other circumstances or individuals.

The McLaren driver is still on holiday, as are his fellow drivers. However, it won’t be long before the teams call them back to get behind the wheel of the cars set to hit the track for the 2025 Formula 1 season.

There's just over a month until the grand F1 event celebrating its 75th anniversary. The event will take place in mid-February in London, where all 10 cars participating in the next world championship will be unveiled. Norris and his McLaren will undoubtedly start as strong contenders.
