Lewis Hamilton-day, Jannik Sinner’s joy
Even on the other side of the world, and after a Grand Slam quarterfinal, Jannik Sinner finds the time to stay updated on Formula 1. The Italian tennis star, a big motorsport enthusiast, confessed to having already seen all the footage of Lewis Hamilton’s first outing with Scuderia Ferrari.

The world number one, even before his Australian Open match against Alex de Minaur, had kept up with Hamilton’s debut in red at Fiorano. After defeating de Minaur soundly 6-3, 6-2, 6-1, he admitted he can’t wait to follow the progress of the super red duo of Sir Lewis and Charles Leclerc.

Jannik Sinner’s comments
“I saw the footage; it's beautiful and totally different: it still feels a bit strange to see him in red,” Jannik Sinner commented at a press conference. “Seeing Lewis with Ferrari is a good thing, and even for Charles, it will be a bit different. The next season will be exciting.” – he pointed out.

In the semifinals, Sinner will face the 21st seed, Ben Shelton. Should he defeat the American, he would meet either Novak Djokovic or Alexander Zverev. Ferrari fans are hopeful that Australia will smile on both the South Tyrolean and the Scuderia, which will debut in the World Championship here on the weekend of March 16.
