Piero Ferrari has also expressed his views on Lewis Hamilton's arrival and the pairing he will form with Charles Leclerc.

"I've known Lewis for some time. He has always liked Ferraris, and I met him when he came to select his cars," said the son of Enzo Ferrari in an interview with the Italian newspaper *Quotidiano Sportivo*. "Even back then, he told me he wanted to race with the Prancing Horse one day, so I wasn't surprised." – the second and only living son of Enzo Ferrari pointed out.

"Now it's up to us to give him and Charles a competitive car. Together, they will form a great pair of drivers, and I hope they can give me a nice gift for my 80th birthday," Piero Ferrari added.
