Toprak Razgatlioglu insists he is not stressed ahead of the World Superbike Championship decider.

There is only one round remaining in the 2024 World Superbike Championship and the title fight is going down to the wire.

The 2021 World Superbike Champion, Toprak Razgatlioglu, is taking on the 2023 World Supersport Champion, Nicolo Bulega.

For the 2024 season, Razgatlioglu switched from Yamaha to BMW, a move that was unexpected. However, despite it seeming ridiculous at the time Razgatlioglu is now leading the Championship by 46 points.

In his debut year with the German manufacturer, Razgatlioglu won 17 races and stood on seven further podiums. With three races to go the Turkish rider insists that he is not stressed about the Championship due to his points lead.

Razgatlioglu played down the stress of Jerez, saying: "Everyone's waiting for a very stressful weekend at Jerez. I'm more relaxed because I have a big gap in the points. I'll just try to enjoy it at Jerez.

"In 2021, I remember the Championship finished at the final round. This year's the same. Before I crashed, I thought it looked like the Championship finished three rounds before. After the crash, everything changed. I'm trying to manage it but sometimes it's not easy.

"It was a very difficult race at Aragon, but I did a good job there. Here (Estoril), I needed three wins, but I lost the Superpole Race. I'm not feeling stressed for Jerez, because I have a very good gap. I just need a good position; I don't need to win again."
