250 QUALIFYING RESULTS // 2024 RED BUD MOTOCROSS NATIONAL

Qualifying for the Red Bud National has begun. Haiden Deegan leads in points heading into the weekend and though has not always been the fastest in qualifying. However, he has been the fastest so far in the motos. Chance Hymas and Tom Vialle need to start making moves to put a stop to Haiden Deegan’s dominance and it all begins in qualifying.

250 QUALIFYING SESSION 2 GROUP A

Haiden Deegan seems ready for racing here at Red Bud.

Haiden Deegan began putting his quick laps in early in the second session almost two seconds faster than the leaders of the first qualifying session. Tom Vialle and Levi Kitchen both improved their times early in the second session but was still not enough to catch Deegan’s time in the pole position. Chance Hymas was also able to get in a better time becoming the closest rider to compete with Haiden Deegans time but still was about a second off. However as the time was winding down, Hymas and Masterpool were able to grab a time faster than Haiden Deegan’s sliding him back to third. Hymas is still second in the championship only one point above Vialle and on the last lap Tom Vialle took the pole position away from Hymas becoming the fastest qualifier.

Chance Hymas has been building each week and is looking very quick at Red Bud.

250 QUALIFYING SESSION 1 GROUP A

Haiden Deegan is looking fast in his patriotic gear.

The fastest in the first session was once again Ty Masterpool who has been becoming one of the better qualifiers in the 250 class. Ty has been building momentum each weekend and is the only rider to take an overall from Haiden Deegan this season. Haiden Deegan was third in the first session and is looking to build in session two. Casey Cochran who has been the fastest qualifier already this season at Hangtown was second in the session just beating Haiden Deegan’s time. Tom Vialle and Chance Hymas sit fourth in fifth, all within the same second as the leaders.

Levi Kitchen was sixth fastest in the first session.

Ty Masterpool holds the top qualifying position headed into session two.
