Daniel Sanders Wins Dakar Rally

Daniel Sanders has won the Dakar Rally in the motorbike category. During the final stage, Sanders rode strategically and finished in sixth place. This was more than enough to secure his first-ever Dakar Rally victory.
Tosha Schareina finished in second place, eight minutes and fifty seconds behind Sanders. Frenchman Adrien Van Beveren claimed third place, ahead of Luciano Benavides and Ricky Brabec.
The stage victory went, for the second time in this rally, to Michael Docherty of the Bas World KTM Racing team!
