Jett and Hunter Lawrence have officially filed a lawsuit against their former agent, Lucas Mirtl, and Steve Matthes has found those documents in the records of a Florida District Court.

Racer X has summarized the key findings from the 21-page document. The lawsuit claims that the total amount of money taken from the Lawrences is estimated to exceed $600,000. This money was withdrawn from the account managing the Lawrence replica apparel brand and the Lawrence Factory Fan Zone VIP area at the races. It is claimed that over $360,000 of this amount was personally spent by Mirtl, who, according to the lawsuit, did not have permission to do so. Personal expenses include at least $50,000 in American Express payments, as well as sending money to his ex-wife, paying divorce costs, covering a babysitter, and financing an RV for two MXGP riders in Europe, who we believe are Lucas and Sacha Coenen.

The lawsuit also claims that the account was shorted by $240,000 due to the failure to pay the bill for Alpinestars replica jerseys, which had already been purchased by fans. As a result, after repeated attempts to get Mirtl to pay the bill, Alpinestars instead reduced the Lawrence's sponsorship payment by $240,000.

We've posted some of the key findings below.

Additionally, we've learned that Mirtl was served notice of the lawsuit on the morning of January 23rd, with a letter from the law firm representing the Lawrences. The letter announced his termination as the Lawrences' representative and demanded that he no longer contact them, as well as preserve all documents that could be used as evidence in the upcoming case.
