Chase Sexton has secured his second victory of the season. During the fourth round of the AMA Supercross Championship in Glendale, he claimed the Triple Crown with a 3-3-2 finish in the main events. Cooper Webb finished in second place (1-5-3), ahead of Ken Roczen (4-1-5). Eli Tomac and Hunter Lawrence completed the top five.
There was drama for Jett Lawrence. After finishing second in both of the first two main events, things went wrong at the start of the third. He placed his foot incorrectly on the ground and immediately rode off the track. Lawrence sustained a knee injury, but the exact extent of the damage is still unknown.
Ken Roczen remains the overall points leader after Glendale.
In the 250 class, the victory went to Jordon Smith of the Triumph Racing Team (2-3-1), ahead of Haiden Deegan (3-2-4) and Cole Davies (1-1-8). Julien Beaumer had to settle for fourth place, just ahead of Michael Mosiman.
