Denny Hamlin and Steve Letarte were in agreement on this past weekend's NASCAR Cup Series finale at Phoenix Raceway being a little lackluster. It's been the same story for Phoenix over the past couple of seasons — the venue is tremendous, but the racing on-track leaves a lot to be desired.
