Hendrick Motorsports will field its NASCAR Xfinity Series entry in 16 races this season, with all four of its Cup Series drivers getting seat time plus developmental talent Corey Day.

Day, 19, will run the bulk of the schedule — 10 races. His series debut will be at Martinsville Speedway. In December, the dirt racing talent was signed to a developmental deal with Hendrick Motorsports.

William Byron and Kyle Larson will each run two races. Chase Elliott and Alex Bowman will run one race each.

Additionally, Adam Wall was named the team's crew chief. Wall most recently served as a crew chief at JR Motorsports, Hendrick's affiliate team, for Sammy Smith and Brandon Jones. But he joined Hendrick Motorsports in 2011 as an engineer and was on the championship-winning team with Kyle Larson in 2021.

"We're pleased to continue our sponsorship of the No. 17 team, which has driven significant traffic to HendrickCars.com and helped support the broader goals of Hendrick Automotive Group," said Rick Hendrick. "With Adam, we have one of the sharpest young crew chiefs in the garage area leading our team. The Xfinity Series competition is tough, and we're looking forward to the challenge."
