D34G Racing will have a brand new rider lineup for the 2025 World Supersport season.
Former World Superbike rider, Davide Giugliano, has announced his new rider lineup for the 2025 World Supersport season.
The Italian is the Team Manager at D34G Racing, for the last two seasons he has had Oliver Bayliss and Tom Edwards on his Ducati's. However, for 2025 he has two different riders.
Glenn van Straalen will join the team after a year at Ten Kate Yamaha. The Dutch rider is an experienced Supersport rider who has five podiums and one win to his name in the class.
Alongside the experienced Dutchman will be Eduardo Montero, who won the 2024 ESBK Superstock 1000 title.
"First of all, I'd like to wish all the best to our former riders as we have a completely new line-up for 2025, which is made of two young and talented riders," Guigliano said.
"Glenn [van Straalen] is one of only five riders who managed to win a race in the 2024 WorldSSP season, along with a few podium finishes; we were looking for a rider with proven experience and speed. He comes from a factory team, so we know he has an approach to racing that is fully professional, so I believe he joined the right team.
"Edu [Eduardo Montero] is also a young rider, who already won the ESBK Superstock 1000 title and who will partake in the WorldSSP Challenge. It is a very interesting line-up for what is an ever-growing series in terms of competition, but we know we can play an important role in it.
"Having said that, I'd like to give my warm welcome to both, and I cannot wait to see them aboard our Ducati machines."
