Who will be at the Portimao World Superbike test?

There are still three weeks until the second round of the World Superbike Championship, but the riders will be out on track later this week for a two-day test.
The second round of the 2025 World Superbike Championship will take place at the end of March. However, before the teams race at Portimao they will have a chance to do further testing across a two-day test at the same circuit.
The majority of the teams have already tested at Portimao in January. But poor weather conditions hampered their work, resulting in a second test being arranged for the 14th and 15th of March.
The Portuguese circuit is expecting to host nearly every World Superbike rider and some of the Supersport riders.
The factory teams of Bimota, BMW, Honda, Ducati and Yamaha have registered, as well as the Ducati customer teams Go Eleven, Barni Racing and MarcVDS.
The Honda team Petronas MIE and GTR GRT Yamaha, will also be at the test. Only the Kawasaki factory team Puccetti Racing is missing.
As well as the official riders, BMW also plan on bringing its test team for the two-day test. This will likely see Sylvain Guintoli and Markus Reiterberger back on track in Portugal.
Team HRC Honda has not announced its entries for the Portimao Test. However, they appear to be lining up four riders, but with Iker Lecuona ruled out through injury, the only nailed on rider is Xavi Vierge.
There is expected to be 20 Superbike riders on track across the two-day test.
They will also be joined by several Supersport riders from the World and British Championship. Ten Kate Racing, Evan Bros, GMT94, Althea Racing, Honda France and MV Reparto Corse are the World Championship teams that are expected to be present.
With the McManus Brothers Racing Team also in attendance with their Ducati Panigale V2s.
