LEGO DUPLO arrives
Formula 1 and LEGO are teaming up again. Just minutes ago, the official website of Formula 1 announced a new partnership with the Danish company, with new sets set to be released starting in 2025. In addition to the well-known Speed Champions and Technic ranges, brick enthusiasts will have the chance to get creative with the LEGO DUPLO set, designed for “preschool children and building sets for adult and child builders.”
"The activities planned for 2025," as stated in the press release, "will also focus on bringing fans closer to the world of innovation, technology, and engineering through the fun of LEGO building, with personal activities during races and products that celebrate the engineering and technical heritage of this sport."
"LEGO bricks have sparked creativity and a passion for building in millions of children and adults around the world," said Emily Prazer, Chief Commercial Officer of Formula 1 – "Thanks to this partnership, fans will be able to recreate and reimagine the world of Formula 1, brick by brick, delving into the complexities of the mechanics and technology behind this sport through play."
