It's just a matter of days now. Lewis Hamilton has officially said goodbye to Mercedes and is finally ready to start his new adventure at Ferrari alongside Charles Leclerc.

At the end of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, the seven-time world champion had already referred to the Monegasque driver as “my future teammate.” Small gestures like these show how eager the 44-year-old is to get behind the wheel of one of Maranello's cars, especially after the progress made with Fred Vasseur's arrival.

Ferrari came incredibly close to winning a Constructors’ title that, at the start of the 2024 Formula 1 season, seemed impossible to predict.

Juan Pablo Montoya has no doubts
In an interview with Instant Casino, Juan Pablo Montoya spoke about Lewis Hamilton's imminent arrival at Ferrari and how he will compare to Charles Leclerc. “I think Lewis is experienced enough to know that he won't be competitive right away. It will take him some time to learn certain aspects,” said the former driver.

“In this sense, Charles will have an advantage, at least at the start. However, I believe that after six or seven races, Lewis will beat him, provided the car is competitive,” Juan Pablo Montoya concluded.
