MXA FANTASY LEAGUE – ADS SUSPENSION GIVEAWAY: THE WINNER OF THE ANAHEIM 1 SUPERCROSS SCORED 286 POINTS

We have made it through the first race of the Supercross season and the MXA Fantasy League has their first winner. ADS Suspension gave $1500 for a truck or side-by-side suspension. Chase Sexton won the race after making his way into the lead in the opening laps and staying out front to the finish. Jorge Prado looked very good after grabbing the holeshot in the main event but a crash in the whoops would send him back in the pack. Ken Roczen surprised a lot of people after being almost two seconds off the leaders in qualifying but when it came to race time, he won his heat race and then finished second in the main event. Finishing third on the night was Jason Anderson who moved up through the field quickly and was able to lead some of the main event. It was a great night of racing and we had a winner from the first event.

450 CLASS PREDICTIONS

Chase Sexton won his first Anaheim 1.

In Anaheim, predicting the 450 class was a challenge as the field was stacked with great riders and former champions. Ihannu had a great lineup which helped him take the win this weekend. In first he chose Eli Tomac who finished fifth giving 18 fantasy points. In second Jett Lawrence was chosen but he unfortunately did not finish in the top six as he finished twelfth on the night not giving any fantasy points. In third he chose Chase Sexton who was the big winner on the night giving 26 fantasy points. In fourth he chose Cooper Webb who in fact did finish fourth giving 29 fantasy points, which included the ten-point bonus for the correct prediction. In fifth he chose Jason Anderson who took third on the night giving 21 fantasy points. And in fifth he chose Ken Roczen who placed second giving 23 fantasy points. This rounds out the predictions for the 450 class.

250 CLASS PREDICTIONS

Jo Shimoda strikes first at Anaheim.

The 250 class predictions were tough as well. Majority of the users picked Haiden Deegan to take the win, but an unfortunate crash early took Deegan out of the potential to win. Ihannu picked Haiden Deegan to win as well and Deegan was able to get into fifth position by the end of the race which gave 18 fantasy points. In second he chose Julien Beaumer which was a correct prediction and gave 33 fantasy points which included the ten-point bonus. In third he chose Jordon Smith, another correct prediction, and gave 31 fantasy points including the ten-point bonus. In fourth Ryder DiFrancesco was chosen. Again this was a correct prediction and gave 29 fantasy points including the ten-point bonus. In fifth he chose Jo Shimoda who ended up taking the race win and giving 26 fantasy points. Finally, the sixth prediction was again correct as he chose Coty Schock and was awarded 27 fantasy points including the ten-point bonus.

Also correctly predicted was the gap which was 4 seconds from the leader to the second position.

KTM JRSX FANTASY PRESENTED BY FORD LIGHTNING

The Anaheim 1 winner for the KTM JRSX Fantasy was Joel who will be receiving $500 towards KTM Parts and Accessories!

If you didn’t know MXA has helped develop a brand new app for the KTM JR SX Challenge that takes place during the “halftime” of the Supercross events.
