The Ford Mustang GTD has done it, it's set the sub-7-minute lap time around the Nurburgring Ford pledged it would when the GTD was first unveiled. Revealed today, the Mustang GTD set a lap time of 6:57.685 around the Green Hell, officially establishing the GTD as a Mustang-based model with supercar performance.
