Shoulder Injury Troubles Douwe van Mechgelen

Douwe van Mechgelen of the Fantic Racing 125 Factory team has been struggling with a shoulder injury in recent weeks. Due to the injury, he experiences a loss of strength during the races and is forced to lower his pace.
Van Mechgelen isn't throwing in the towel and is doing his best to recover between races.
At the fifth round of the EMX125 Championship in Frauenfeld, Switzerland, he finished 25th and 21st in the motos. Of course, these aren’t the results Van Mechgelen trains for, but given the injury, there simply wasn't more in it.
This Saturday, he will line up for the second round of the Dutch Masters of Motocross in Oldebroek, where he currently holds third place in the standings! Next weekend, the EMX125 Championship continues in Águeda, Portugal!
