
Brad Keselowski comments after being placed on a stretcher at COTA

NASCAR driver Brad Keselowski was carried on a stretcher after the race at Circuit of the Americas
On Sunday, NASCAR ran their first road course event of the 2025 season. COTA is based in Austin, Texas.
Weather that day saw a high of 84 degrees.
During the race, Brad Keselowski’s cooling system failed on his No. 6 machine. And due to the heat, this caused him to seek medical attention after the race.
The driver was moved on a stretcher to the infield care center. He was treated and released.
On Monday, Keselowski commented, “Yesterday was a tough one at COTA.
He added, “Sometimes things happen that are out of our control, but I'm thankful for my team and the care I received at track. At the end of it all, we came home with a top 15 finish. Appreciate the support – on to Phoenix.”
Keselowski was able to complete the race.
