The race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway will not air via the CW in the Atlanta area

New for the 2025 season, the CW network has exclusive broadcast rights for NASCAR Xfinity Series races. However, there’s been some issues.

Last week, the CW cut the NASCAR Xfinity Series on the final lap of the race at Phoenix Raceway. That happened in the Atlanta area for select viewers and rage surfaced quickly on social media from NASCAR fans in that market.

This week, there’s a new issue. And again, it’s in the Atlanta area.

Tomorrow’s, NASCAR Xfinity Series race will not be shown at all via the CW network in the Atlanta area. The WPCH-TV channel will instead show the Atlanta Braves preseason game.

For viewers in that area, the race will be shown via the Peachtree Sports Network.

Peachtree Sports Network is available on channel 17.2. It’s also on Comcast, Sprectrum, YouTube TV and Fubu.

CW Statement

“Tomorrow’s NASCAR Xfinity Series race will now air on Peachtree Sports Network for Atlanta viewers,” the CW stated.

“This decision was made locally by our Atlanta affiliate partner WPCH-TV, due to a programming conflict with an Atlanta Braves sprint training game.”

“The CW would always prefer the Xfinity Series races to air live on the linear channels of all our affiliate partners, and we deeply regret the inconvenience this may cause for race fans in Atlanta.”

Las Vegas TV Schedule: March 2025 (NASCAR)

New NASCAR TV Deal: Fox, NBC, Amazon Prime, TNT through 2031
