With five rounds left in 2024, Andrea Iannone has yet to put pen to paper on a contract for 2025.

Andrea Iannone has yet to decide where he will ride in the 2025 World Superbike season. The Italian joined the GoEleven Ducati squad at the start of the 2024 season and is seventh in the standings with five rounds left of the season.

Iannone's arrival in WorldSBK was his first season back in motorbike racing after his ban in 2019. After an impressive rookie Superbike season Iannone has a big decision to make for 2025.

At first 'The Maniac' made it known that he was aiming for a factory Superbike ride in 2025. However, he has no options left in a factory team now that Bautista has re-signed with Aruba.it Racing - Ducati.

It now appears that Iannone has to decide between remaining with GoEleven Ducati or switching to the GYTR GRT Yamaha WorldSBK Team.

When asked if anything has changed since Portimao Iannone said: "Nothing is different from Portimao. But I think a lot about my future, it is not easy to make a choice.

"I have been analysing every detail because I think it is the most important decision of my life. I think in the next two or three years I have the chance to fight for the Championship and I want to be ready. For this choice, I need a bit more time."

Iannone was asked if his only options were to stay where he is or move to Yamaha. But the 35-year-old was very cryptic in his answer: "GoEleven, Yamaha, never say never. Anything is possible."
