A 2024 beyond expectations for Ferrari leads to maxi bonus for employees

Ferrari’s net revenues increased by 11.8% in 2024 compared to the previous year, reaching €6.67 billion, while net profit rose by 21%, reaching €1.5 billion. As stated by CEO Benedetto Vigna, these extraordinary figures exceeded the targets set by the Italian car manufacturer. For this reason, the Prancing Horse will distribute a substantial bonus of €14,400 to its five thousand employees.

Over the past year, Ferrari delivered 13,752 cars, increasing production by 89 units compared to the previous twelve months. As reported by racingnews365, Benedetto Vigna, looking ahead, stated: “We expect robust growth also in 2025, which will allow us to reach the upper range of most of our profitability targets for 2026 a year in advance.” – the chief executive officer pointed out.

“We focus on the quality of revenues rather than volumes. I believe this is the best explanation for the extraordinary financial results achieved in 2024, driven by a strong product mix and the growing demand for customization.”

Zhou’s return to the Scuderia should also contribute to the growth of road car sales in China, where volumes remain below 10% of the company’s global total. Despite this, the CEO concluded by saying: “We must ensure that the brand approach is correct. We could have pushed volumes, but we didn’t; we prioritized quality. However, we have orders in China covering five quarters.”
