Excitement is high in Maranello: Ferrari fans have gathered en masse at the historic venues of the Prancing Horse. Here, at the Fiorano circuit, fans are eagerly awaiting Lewis Hamilton’s debut with Ferrari, while he reveals his first new helmet for the 2025 Formula 1 season.
Maranello is in turmoil, a happy turmoil. For days, fans have filled the streets of the town that is home to Scuderia Ferrari, eager to witness history firsthand. These are the moments marking the culmination of a union between Lewis Hamilton and Ferrari that has already made history.
After meeting the team and testing the seat, the English champion is preparing—on Wednesday, January 22nd—to make his track debut with Maranello’s red car. As tradition dictates, #44 will take to the asphalt of Fiorano Modenese, doing so with a special first helmet.
Just moments before his debut, Lewis Hamilton, from Fiorano, showcased to fans the first helmet of his inaugural season with Ferrari.
In a photo shared on his social media profiles, Lewis Hamilton holds a yellow helmet featuring, for the first time, the number 44, his personal logo, and the iconic Prancing Horse emblem. The shell is predominantly yellow, enriched with details in a darker shade of red than usual.
The number 44, the British driver’s iconic number, and Lewis Hamilton’s logo are also depicted in red. This is not the same bright red as last season but a deeper and more intense shade: could this be a small preview of the car’s livery color?
