Like his colleagues, Fernando Alonso is in the thick of his physical preparations for the upcoming F1 season.
And 'thick' is undoubtedly the key word when one glances at the Aston Martin driver's impressive – and slightly terrifying – neck, as seen here in this picture published by the Spaniard on social media during his training regimen.
With an exercise ball taking the brunt of the beast, Alonso's dedication to handling those G-forces is next-level.
We're not sure if he's targeting the F1 title or a strongman crown, but we're definitely impressed.
